Op dinsdag 10 februari organiseert IVBN in samenwerking met CFA Society Netherlands het event ‘Social impact = Financial necessity, Investment case for Real Estate’ over de relatie tussen sociale impact en financiële belangen in vastgoed‘.

On Tuesday, February 10th, IVBN will host the event ‘Social Impact = Financial necessity: The Investment case for Real Estate’ in collaboration with CFA Society Netherlands, focusing on the relationship between social impact and financial interests in real estate.

Join us for an insightful event featuring expert speakers discussing the vital link between social impact and financial necessity, exploring the investment case for Real Estate in more depth. The program will cover social thinking and investing opportunities for integrating social considerations into institutional portfolios.

  • During the event we will highlight Social Real Estate 2.0, placing real estate within a broader asset class context, presented by Amelia Peden (Morningstar Sustainalytics).
  • Nicole Maarsen (Independent advisor) will subsequently showcase innovative investment examples within real estate.
  • The investor perspective and intentions will be shared by Wim Wensing (NLV / Chair IVBN).
  • The event will conclude with a panel discussion, moderated by Mark Siezen (Bouwinvest), encouraging various perspectives on the future of social impact investing.
